B33k Terms & Conditions — Know the rules before you play

1. Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use the b33k platform. b33k reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

• You must be at least 18 Years and online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• You must open an account in your own name and for your own use. Opening an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is not permitted.
• B33k employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as regular members on the platform.
• If you have previously been banned from b33k or had an account closed, you may not attempt to register a new account.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. If any details change, you must notify b33k Support as soon as possible. Providing false information or withholding details is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Registration & Management

Each user is only allowed One Account operate. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

Keeping your account password and login details secure is entirely your responsibility. You are held responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact b33k Support immediately.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

B33k currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000।

• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If your balance has not updated within 30 minutes, please contact Support.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. If KYC verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Please withdraw using the same payment method you used to make your deposit.
• Making transactions using a mobile banking account registered in a third party's name. Strictly Prohibited।
• For suspicious transactions, b33k may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

B33k does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your payment provider (Mobile Banking, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own fees, which b33k is not responsible for.

4. Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

All bonus offers on b33k are subject to specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you accept all conditions attached to it. The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be cashed out.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit. Withdrawals are available after wagering the bonus amount at least 20 times.
• Weekly Cashback: Every Monday, a 10% cashback on the previous week's net losses is credited. A minimum of BDT 5,000 in bets must be placed during the week to qualify for cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The referral bonus is activated once the referred friend makes their first deposit.
• Bonuses may only be used on the specific games or betting markets indicated in the promotion.

• Match-fixing or betting with prior knowledge of an event's outcome is strictly prohibited.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided no terms have been violated.
